The vintages come 100% from a single year of harvest and distillation. They have the virtue of clearly displaying their age. This is the great specificity of Armagnac and the hallmark of the château. More than 80 different vintages are aged in the cellars of Château de Laubade, true testimonies of history, the oldest dating from 1888.

Each vintage is unique, shaped by the vagaries of the climate varying from one year to another, but also by the care of the cellar masters who have succeeded in over generations, each bringing their own specific know-how.

The quality of the barrels and the temperature of the cellar are all factors that give a vintage its full identity. In short, each vintage is a page in the history of Château de Laubade and the talent of the men and women who have been involved in it for generations.

Château de Laubade only sells its vintages after a minimum of 15 years of aging in Gascony oak barrels .

This 1960 vintage Armagnac is beautifully packaged in a wooden presentation box.
