Parés Baltà Brut Vintage Cava: Parés Baltà’s Brut cava is a blend of the three traditional varieties of the Penedès: Parellada, Macabeu and Xarel·lo. The parellada, from the highest mountains of the region, provides the freshness, the macabeu gives us the fruit and the xarel·lo gives us the body. The three varieties complement each other creating a perfect synergy of aromas and freshness. A medley of white peach, apple, pear, melon and lime fruit on the nose, with a gentle creamy smokiness from time spent on its lees.

Turonia Albariño: Intense concentrated aromas of stone fruits with floral notes. On the palate, this wine makes a great first impression - fresh and mineral with long persistence of flavour and full of character. 92 points, Tim Atkin MW

Pago de los Capellanes Crianza: Very bright, intense maraschino cherry colour. It has a very marked aroma with a good balance of fruit and wood, where tones of vanilla intermingle with well-ripened fruit, black berries and wild fruits. There are also noticeable hints of leather and liquorice, resulting from the mingling of the French oak and the aromas inherent in this variety of grape. On the palate, the wine has a smooth texture but fills the palate with balanced flavours, including fine tannins, which help extend the life of the wine. The finish and aftertaste are both long and elegant.
