This wine's shy nose gives little away. The palate, however, is slender, bright and bone dry, presenting a creamy, subtle mousse and lots of balanced freshness. White flower aromas lead to a palate of yellow fruits with opening notes of roasted hazelnut. Lively and precise, this is an elegant sparkler with a fresh finish. Ideal for an aperitif or any festive moment with friends and family.

Sipp Mack Cremant d'Alsace Extra Brut

Jacques Sipp and his wife Laura run this domaine bequeathed through 9 generations since 1698. The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares located within 4km of the winery in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. The terroirs are varied but essentially calcareous clay. All harvesting is by hand.

After years of certified sustainable farming and integrated pest management, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been certified since 2013.
