The beautiful clear colour of this wine is supported by very expressive aromas of white flowers and vanilla. The palate is delicate and offers a harmonious balance between the freshness of the fruit and the roundness of the Chardonnay. Served chilled, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif but also with white meat, fish, spiced dishes and goat cheese.

Domaine de Pellehaut is a true farming estate run in a traditional way by Gaston Béraut and his sons, Martin and Mathieu. The straw from the local ‘Blonde d’Aquitaine’ cattle sheds makes a first-rate manure for the vines, thus allowing a balance of organic matter to be maintained in the different parcels, whilst limiting the use of synthetic fertiliser. All fermentations undertaken with natural yeasts.
