Thorne & Daughters was started in 2013 by John and Tasha Seccombe. Their aim was to produce authentic wines from the Western Cape. They are widely regarded as the forerunners of 'New Wave' South African winemaking. Thorne & Daughters is mainly focused on producing white blends, from 15 different growers in Bot River, Stellenbosch, Voor Paardeberg, Swartland, Citrusdal, Franschhoek and Overberg.
The Rocking Horse Cape Blend displays attractive notes of orange blossom, yellow plum, bay leaf and beautiful saline undertones. Very interesting, refreshing and easy to drink.
