Crémant d’Alsace, France – Traditional Method Sparkling
A crisp, mineral sparkling wine: dry, elegant and finely textured. Ideal for those looking for a refined alternative to Champagne.

Jacques Sipp and his wife Laura run this domaine bequeathed through 9 generations since 1698. The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares located within 4km of the winery in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. The terroirs are varied but essentially calcareous clay. All harvesting is by hand.

After years of certified sustainable farming and integrated pest management, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been certified since 2013.

Pinot Blanc (50%)

Pinot Blanc is a versatile white grape variety known for producing fresh, lightly aromatic wines with soft texture and gentle fruit character. Typically showing flavours of apple, pear and citrus, it is light to medium bodied with moderate acidity, making it approachable, balanced and highly food-friendly.

Pinot Noir (25%)

Chardonnay (25%)

Chardonnay is one of the most versatile and widely planted white grape varieties in the world, renowned for its adaptability to diverse climates and winemaking styles. Originating in Burgundy, where it reaches its most elegant and mineral expression, Chardonnay can range from crisp and steely to rich and opulent, depending on where and how it is made. Its relatively neutral character allows it to reflect both terroir and technique—whether aged in stainless steel for a lean, citrus-driven profile, or in oak barrels to develop notes of vanilla, toast, and creamy texture. Flavours often include apple, pear, lemon, peach, and tropical fruits, with cool-climate examples offering tension and minerality, while warmer regions yield fuller, rounder styles.
