The Irishman Single Malt Legacy is a distinguished Irish whiskey that pays homage to centuries of distillation heritage. This exceptional single malt is initially matured in bourbon and sherry casks, then finished for 15 months in Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine casks, imparting a unique depth of flavour. On the nose, it offers a rich aroma of dried fruits, creamy vanilla, and a hint of licorice. The palate is a delightful blend of citrus fruits, pine nuts, and baked cake, with subtle sherry notes and almonds emerging as it breathes. The finish is medium to long, with lingering notes of wet oak and dark chocolate, leaving a memorable impression.
