Redbreast 21 year Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is arguably one of the best whiskeys ever produced in Ireland. The complexity of aromas and fantastic layers of flavour allow this whiskey to give an eye-opening experience to anyone lucky enough to be drinking it.

The nose is packed with fruit, turning from dried to tropical to a deep toasted nut array which keeps the mind guessing. On the palate there is an explosion of sherry, with all those dried fruit aromas eclipsing on the palate, with a distinct pot still creaminess that allows for toasted oak and spice to follow through. The finish is distinctly pot still with fresh hints of barley and spice. Absolutely outstanding!

With a distilling history dating back to the 19th century, Midleton’s renowned bounty has been said to have drawn whiskey into being.

From its beginnings on the banks of the crystalline Dungourney River, Midleton Distillery’s links with the land run deep and long.

Of course whiskey is also the lifeblood of a people and their aspirations. And this town has always been a pioneering community, from the moment the Murphy family started to distil here in 1825.
