Castel Firmian Merlot: An elegant wine of great character with pleasant wild-berries notes. The colour is garnet red. Perfumed and intense with a mixture of ripe fruits and a hint of oak. Dry, complex and well-structured. Pairs well with red meats, cheeses and flavourful soups.

Castel Firmian Cabernet Sauvignon: Ruby red in colour, intense bouquet, complex with vanilla notes characteristic of the refinement in wood. Lightly tannic and full-bodied making it a great match for roasts, red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.

Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio: The wine has a wonderful straw-yellow colour. Fruity perfume with floral hints and camomile. This dry white is elegant with a delicate acidity. Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs well with appetizers, white meats and fish dishes.
