The Bollinger Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition is a striking celebration of the longstanding partnership between Champagne Bollinger and the James Bond franchise. Released as a tribute to over 45 years as the official Champagne of 007, this edition marries Bollinger’s signature non-vintage Special Cuvée with bold visual nods to Bond lore.  

The bottle sports a black and gold neck collar emblazoned with the “007” logo, and it is presented in a sleek collector’s box that features the iconic gun-barrel motif and Bond silhouette, lending it both elegance and cinematic flair.

In terms of wine character, this limited edition retains the rich, layered personality of Bollinger’s Special Cuvée blend, typically composed of around 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, drawn from many crus including grands and premiers.  

On the nose, expect orchard fruits, brioche, spice and dried florals.  

On the palate, it offers textural weight and vibrant freshness, with a well-balanced acidity that carries flavors of white cherry, almond, candied citrus peel and hints of salinity through a long finish.  Bollinger’s steadfast use of reserve wines, maturation on the lees, and fermentation signals in oak contribute to its depth and signature complexity.

Pinot Noir (60%)
