A lively wine with hints of ripe exotic fruits, candied citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon zest. Fresh and lifted with a high intensity on the palate. Very nice as an aperitif or served with grilled fish, sushi and other seafood.

Chemin de la Pinède is made by the over-achieving Vignerons du Sommiérois, a collective of small farmers in the heart of the Pays d’Oc. The quality of fruit is at the heart of what they do and working along the principles of ‘Lutte Raisonée,’ every effort is made by the farmers to ensure healthy fruit and healthy vineyards. Some of the plots are now being worked organically and now, more than 50% of their vineyards have achieved organic certification.

Sauvignon Blanc (100%)

Its crisp, mouth-watering profile makes it a natural partner for seafood, goat cheese, and fresh herbs.
