Farmed biodynamically and produced from old vines rooted in limestone-rich soils, the grapes are whole-cluster pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in French oak (around 20% new) before resting briefly in tank.
The wine opens with aromas of flint, lemon zest, white flowers and subtle peach. On the palate it is vibrant and finely textured, balancing creamy depth with racy acidity and a long, mineral finish.
