Located between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the Pernand-Vergelesses vineyard, buried in the greenery of a peaceful valley, begins at the foot of the Corton hill. The name of the climate “Belles Filles” alludes, for poets, to a place where girls happily go on romantic dates.

Fresh blackcurrant and redcurrant aromas, round and fruity with a touch of minerality, typical of the hillsides. It accompanies a fillet of beef, veal, a lacquered lamb shoulder, rooster-style duck fricassee or a beautiful cheese platter.

Domaine Rapet Pere et Fils is a Burgundy winery based in Pernand-Vergelesses, between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. Founded in 1765, it now owns 20 hectares of vineyards located in the communes of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny Les Beaune, Chorey Les Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Beaune.

At the reins of the winery are Vincent and Sylvette, who manage the vineyards with a certified sustainable approach, which is based on three fundamental principles: biodiversity, fertilisation management by analysing each vineyard plot to provide it with exactly the modification it needs, which allowed in 2018 to reduce the use of fertilisers by 50%, the same goes for pesticide control. Underlying all this is the idea of making wine with respect for the terroir.

Pinot Noir (100%)

Pinot Noir is one of the world’s most revered red grape varieties, known for its ability to express site with clarity and finesse. Typically showing red and dark cherry fruit, floral notes and subtle earthiness, it is light to medium bodied with fine tannins and bright acidity. Styles range from delicate and aromatic to more structured and concentrated, depending on climate and winemaking approach.

With a mosaic of limestone-rich soils and a cool continental climate, Burgundy produces wines of finesse, elegance, and remarkable aging potential. Its system of classifications—from regional to village, premier cru, and grand cru—is rooted in centuries of tradition and terroir-driven philosophy.
