Sourced from selected estate and regional vineyards, the 2021 vintage benefits from excellent growing conditions, resulting in pure fruit definition and finely judged structure. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum are lifted by notes of cracked black pepper, violet, bay leaf and subtle oak spice.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied and supple, with juicy black and red fruit framed by fine-grained tannins and bright natural acidity. Hints of cocoa, clove and savoury herbs add complexity without overwhelming the fruit, leading to a clean, poised finish.
