Alta Vista Alto

Made from hand-harvested Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, blended and matured for 15 months in new French oak barrels. Very small production. Alto is the quintessence of the best terroirs of Argentina.

Deep ruby-red in colour with complex aromas of black fruit, spice and hints of chocolate. On the palate it is elegant and full-bodied with silky tannins and a long, intense finish. Alto is a rich, complex and sensual wine with an excellent ageing potential of 10-15 years.

"Alto is 75% Malbec and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is cool and full of cassis, blackberry, cola and cedar aromas. This is ripe as they come without losing freshness; flavors of loamy berry and cassis finish with density along with prune and spicy, peppery flavors. Drink through 2020."
