Bouzereau-Gruère Puligny-Montrachet 2021

Bouzereau-Gruère’s style is both classical and elegant: The use of only 25% new oak lends subtle oak influence and allows the fruit speak as well. This results in generous, but balanced Burgundies with lots of refinement and length.

The grapes of this Puligny come from the plot ‘Les Houillières’, that borders Chassagne-Montrachet with vines planted in 1972. The soil consists of clay-rich limestone. This is a very classy Puligny, with tones of hazelnut, brioche and white pepper. Elegant and refined and persistent.
