Nose: Toffee, baking spices, vanilla, dessert apples, pears, soft leather, cinnamon, nutmeg, baked buttered pastry crusts.

Taste: Vanilla Custard, soft oak, salted caramel, digestives, tarte tatin.

Finish: Warming oak spices, soft leather, honeyed almonds, stewed fruits.
