Finca Carelio Tempranillo

This is a classic example of elegant, oak aged Spanish red wine, made from the famous Tempranillo variety. It displays the ripe berry aromas which are typical for the variety and a beautiful, really complex bouquet with hints of leather, spice and vanilla.

Dry and full bodied, it shows remarkable freshness for its age and a round, velvety texture, as well as a great length with a slightly mineral finish. A wine that 'grows in the glass,' developing layers of complexity over time.

Also a versatile food wine, great with meat pies, stews and grilled meat, but also simply with good ham, cheese, bread and olive oil
