Bright cherry-red with ruby-red tones, rich in tertiary notes such as dried red fruits and tobacco.  The fruit mixes with sweet spices and a touch of earth on the palate. Well balanced and fresh with a long aftertaste. 100% Tempranillo from vines over 40 years in age. Matured for 12 months in French and American oak.

Quiroga de Pablo is a family-owned winery located in Azofra, a town in the Rioja Alta sub-region with a long tradition of grape growing and winemaking. The winery traces its origins to the ‘calado’, an ancient underground stone vat where wine was made and aged for centuries. The winery has been passed down through six generations of the Quiroga de Pablo family, who have preserved the quality and authenticity of their Rioja wines.
