Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey consists of a minimum of three variants of high-quality Irish single malts. An exquisite master blend of double and triple distilled malt whiskey, bourbon cask matured, cognac-cask finished and crafted with Lambay Trinity Well water before bottling.

Nose: Malt, floral, ripe banana and fig.

Taste: Coconut, malt, dried berries, nutmeg and cardamom.

Finish: Long lasting malt, lingering sweetness and hint of spice.

Lambay Irish Whiskey Company made its market debut in 2018 as an independent whiskey company based in Dublin, Ireland. So who makes Lambay whiskey? The company was formed through a collaboration between Camus (Cyril Camus) the world’s leading family-owned cognac producer, and the Baring Family’s Revelstoke Trust (Alexander Baring) of Lambay Island.

Both founders have ancestral lineages and shared history and came together to create a unique Irish whiskey with a difference.

This collaboration between Camus and the Baring Revelstoke Trust is inspired by and named after the island of Lambay, Ireland, a private wildlife sanctuary owned by the Baring Family since 1904.
