Dark mahogany colour with bronze hues. Concentrated aromas of smoky, dried fruits, mocha, cacao and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Unforgettable flavours of raisins, nuts and candied orange. Serve between 12-13ºC in a white wine glass. This wine is a perfect companion to light desserts and cakes, but can also be served with blue cheeses.
"This is a ripe, honeyed style of Sherry with deep brown sugar and cinnamon aromas. Its solid palate is under control and not syrupy, tapering into brown sugar and fig flavors. Chocolate and fig notes linger on the long finish." 92 points, Wine Enthusiast, June 2018
"The dark amber-hued non-vintage East India Solera is essentially an old Oloroso blended with an old Pedro Ximenez, which gives it a sweet character. It offers more mature notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, spice box, raisin and chocolate beer nuts, and its terrific balancing acidity cuts through the sweetness. This delicious effort is best drunk after the meal." 96 points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
