Gilles Morat Saint-Véran

Gilles Morat is based in Vergisson, in the heart of the Mâconnais, with 6 hectares of vines – mainly Pouilly-Fuissé and a small parcel of St-Véran. This organic Chardonnay is made artisanally and without oak to preserve freshness, resulting in zesty citrus fruit, bright acidity and flinty minerality
