Parés Baltà 'Satel-lit' Carinyena Blanca

A wine of incredible texture and complexity. Briny seabreezes meet crystallized honeycomb on the nose, while the palate is weighty and viscous, offering notes of apricot skin and a hint of smokiness. The finish is long, salty, and savoury, just begging to be paired with seafood.

With Satel-lit, winemakers Marta and Maria Elena endeavour to raise the visibility of a variety that, despite being deeply rooted in the region, is not recognised by any appellation. Admittedly the first 100% Carignan Blanc that most of the Mitchell's staff have tasted and we think you'll agree, it's a stunner!
