Domaine Pascal Prunier‑Bonheur’s Les Duresses is a 100% Pinot Noir from very old vines (~90 years) on a stony marly-limestone south-facing slope at the entrance to the village.

The wine typically shows aromas of red fruits, cherry, strawberry, complemented by subtle hints of licorice and gentle earthy or mineral tones. 

On the palate it's medium bodied, with soft but present tannins and a structure that balances fruitiness with a refined mineral edge. 

It’s approachable from the get-go, yet retains good ageing potential. Ideal with grilled or sauced red meats, veal or pork, and it can also pair nicely with richer dishes and even certain cheeses or hearty risottos
