The Redbreast Moscatel Wine Cask Edition is the latest limited release in Redbreast’s celebrated Iberian Series, showcasing the distillery’s talent for pairing Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey with distinctive fortified wine casks. Triple distilled and initially matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskey is then finished in rare Moscatel wine casks sourced from Málaga in southern Spain. The result is a beautifully expressive take on the Redbreast house style, bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered for maximum texture and flavour.

On the nose and palate, this expression leans into brighter, more aromatic territory than traditional sherry-led Redbreast releases. Expect notes of orange blossom, ripe stone fruit, honeyed sweetness and soft toffee, balanced by the signature pot still spice that keeps everything grounded and elegant.
