Vivid & bright, red cherry shines on the nose of this wine. The palate shows concentration on a sinuous, slender body that affords glimpses of iron oxide framed by freshness and beautifully expressed, fine tannins. This wine has elegance, poise and a long finish.

René Muré and his children Véronique and Thomas represent the 11th and 12th generations of winegrowers. The Muré family are winegrowers in the region of Rouffach since 1648.

Since 1999, the 28 hectares of the estate have been farmed organically with both biodynamic (Demeter) and organic (Ecocert) certification, demonstrating that no chemical or synthetic products are used. The extra care entailed in applying biodynamic practices throughout the vineyards (horn manure, horn silica, horsetail, compost etc.) contributes to healthy, well aerated soils, as well as to increased flora and fauna and the general well-being of the vines.
