This wine is producted from an ancient mixture of grapes - Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino. Its typical straw-yellow hue and delicate bouquet are due to the excellent position of the vineyards.
Floral and citrus notes are accompanied by layers of ripe pear. Elegant and full-bodied, Falerio, is best served chilled and makes an excellent accompaniment to green olives, fish, soups, delicate sauces and white meats.
