A lovely floral, spicy nose with hints of clove and ginger. Sweet, pure and rich in the mouth. The finish is long with flavours of ripe fruits and spices. Excellent as an aperitif or with Asian dishes, strong cheeses or fruit desserts.

Jacques Sipp and his wife Laura run this domaine bequeathed through 9 generations since 1698. The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares located within 4km of the winery in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. The terroirs are varied but essentially calcareous clay. All harvesting is by hand.

After years of certified sustainable farming and integrated pest management, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been certified since 2013.
