Alsace, France – Riesling
A fresh, aromatic Riesling: crisp, mineral and food-friendly. Ideal for lovers of dry, refreshing white wines.

Jacques Sipp and his wife Laura run this domaine bequeathed through 9 generations since 1698. The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares located within 4km of the winery in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. The terroirs are varied but essentially calcareous clay. All harvesting is by hand.

After years of certified sustainable farming and integrated pest management, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been certified since 2013.

Riesling (100%)

One of the world’s great white grape varieties, prized for its aromatic intensity, high acidity and ability to reflect terroir. Typically showing citrus, orchard fruit and floral notes, it can range from bone dry to sweet, though the finest dry styles combine freshness, minerality and exceptional ageing potential.
