Stillgarden 'Xmas Cake' Gin

Stillgarden Xmas Cake is a seasonal gin made with cinnamon, clove, ginger, raisins, mixed peel, star anise and mixed spice. Inspired by Mam’s Xmas Cake, this seasonal gin is distilled using a traditional pot still method along with vacuum distillation to capture the fresh flavours of botanicals.

Suggested Serve:

Xmas Cake and Ginger
● 40ml Xmas Cake Gin
● Topped with Ginger Ale
● Garnished With a Clove Studded Orange Slice
