Discover the maximum varietal expression linked to a singular terroir. Cherry red with médium dark red rim. On the nose it is complex with good intensity with earthy memories, roots and subtle mineral touch. It is balsamic and evokes memories of aromatic herbs, all in the context of red fruits and plum. The herbs  bring freshness and a subtle memory of black licorice, balsamic. On the palate it shows an excellent acidity and balance with mature red fruits. A persistent rounded fresh wine. A new face in the viticulture of the natural region of La Mancha. In the aftertaste it is persistent with remarkable strawberry character.

"From the usually-bulk producing Castilla/La Mancha, only around 2,000 bottles of this are produced per year. A short time in oak is followed by a much longer ageing in clay tinajas. Bountiful black fruit aromas and a soupçon of spice are given further nuance by a hint of violets. Beautifully aromatic, this is perfectly balanced with fine acidity, delicate juicy tannins and a pleasing floral aspect.
