Sherry
Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality Sherry wines.
Vermouth
Lustau rekindles the tradition of making vermouth with Sherry wine as a leading ingredient. Bodegas Lustau has carefully selected the wines and botanicals used to craft these vermouths. Their recipes are aimed at showing the essence and complexity of Sherry wines.
Brandy
Aged for more than 10 years in a selection of old American oak casks which have contained Oloroso Sherry for many years. Mahogany colour with old gold reflections. Concentrated aromas of tobacco leaves, roasted coffed and walnuts. Warm and mellow. Nougat and dark chocolate on the palate, with a toasted finish.
Redbreast x Lustau
This Irish Single Pot Still is the result of a special partnership between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery. Initially aged in traditional bourbon and sherry casks for 9-12 years, it undergoes a final refinement in first-fill, hand-selected sherry butts seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau.
Lustau Sherry Cocktail Collection
Whether used in place of a base spirit, liqueur or modifier, sherry brings endless textures and nuances to cocktails. The great diversity of flavours, aromas and styles in sherry wines offers a world of possibilities: fino and manzanilla go with light flavours – anything herbal or floral, amontillado and palo cortado work with vanilla, toffee, caramel and baking spices, oloroso matches with smoky wood, honey, dried fruits and spice, Pedro Ximénez works with dark spirits. If you are looking for a new sherry cocktail to try, we have compiled a list of the best sherry creations by type of wine, profile, and occasion.

The House of Lustau
120 Years of History
The House of Lustau is a sanctuary of peace. A majestic, silent space where time stands still and creates a unique atmosphere.
CATHEDRAL-LIKE BODEGAS
In the dim light which penetrates the windows, the buildings take on the appearance of temples, and drinking a glass of Sherry within their walls becomes a mystic experience.
Landscape
The landscape of the area consists primarily of white limestone hills, known as albariza. Its singularity is due to the fact that long ago this region was under the ocean for millennia.

Palamino
Palomino is the most traditional and versatile of all the allowed grape varieties and has been used here for centuries.
Pedro Ximénez
The greater sugar content and higher levels of acidity of this grape variety produce sweet wines of great quality.
Moscatel
A very aromatic grape variety used in the Jerez Region for the production of floral and fragrant sweet wines with the same name.
THE SHERRY TRIANGLE
Located in a privileged and unique area. Vineyards and wineries have filled the countryside and shaped the cities of the Sherry region since its inception. White limestone hills, known as albariza and wineries with vaulted, cathedral-like ceilings; have filled every corner in this geographic triangle with incomparable colours, aromas and sensations.
